All RSVP's must be received by Friday, February 7, 2025 to reserve your spot on the end of March trip.
All are invited to bring your kids at your own cost.
The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino offers great hospitality for children. It features a children’s club, supervised childcare and activities, an arcade/game room, babysitting services, a children’s pool and an in-room childcare service.
In Special Requests of your RSVP please include that you will be bringing children and the ages. The team from Executive Group Travel will assist in putting your in contact with the resort to set up babysitting services if required.
Please book your flights direct through the airline and expense for reimbursement. Please remember to fly into AUA (Queen Beatrix International Airport).
Please remember to note your travel and other related costs as President’s Club related when submitting expenses.
Flights should be booked no later than February 7th. Once flights are booked, please send the complete itinerary including airline, flight number, and times to info@executivegrouptravel.com.
It is your responsibility to check the flight status of your departures.
If your flight gets delayed, you miss a connection, or canceled please work with the airline to confirm a seat on a new flight.
We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any canceled nights will be your financial responsibility.
Applause will be providing airport transfers for all attendees arriving and departing on their approved group dates to and from the Hyatt.
When you arrive at Queen Beatrix airport (AUA), please proceed to the lower level through customs and immigration, then pick up your luggage. After leaving the baggage claim area, please proceed to the customs officers for clearance and continue to the exit doors. Once you completely exit the airport, look for the Applause sign held by the ECO Premier Transportation greeters. The ECO staff will be dressed in black pants and green polo shirts.
Please keep in mind this is a group transfer and you may have to wait for other attendees from your flight to clear customs and immigration before departing for the hotel.
For those arriving and departing outside group dates you will be on your own to organize airport transfers. Taxi's are easy and safe to use, the ride to the hotel is only 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. We recommend having cash for taxi payments. If you do not have cash, please check with the taxi driver at the airport/resort to confirm they accept credit cards.
For your departing transfer, your pick up time from the lobby will be listed in your personalized itinerary 2 weeks prior to the event.
The hotel is not all-inclusive. Applause has provided a stipend on your room account to help defray the cost of food and drinks throughout the trip. Anything over the resort credit provided by Applause will be your responsibility.
We will be covering your hotel stay, $800 towards F&B, airport transfers, and flights. We ask that you only expense your transport from your house to the airport round-trip. All additional expenses over what is provided will be your responsibility from the trip.
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to itinerary details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
